Gov Oshiomhole tells a crying widow to 'go and die'!

In this video, Edo state Governor Adams Oshiomhole said to a crying widow ‘go and die’ during a sanitation exercise in Benin City with some state officials recently. The woman was hawking on the road side which is illegal in the state but to tell her to go and die after she knelt in front of him, crying and begging him not to seize her little means of livelihood, is just cold-hearted. This can best be described as the most shocking remark made by the Governor to a poor widow. He said: “You’re a widow, go and die!” This can best be described as the most shocking remark ever made by a State Governor to a poor woman. The heart of a man who can say such things, especially in front of a huge crowd and cameras is desperately wicked The huge crowd which witnessed all these was too shocked to say, or to do anything.
